FeatureKnowledge

It already knows your business, because you gave it your business.

Crawl your site, upload the price list, drop in the PDF your team keeps forwarding. Everything the agent says traces back to a source you added, so accuracy is a matter of keeping your own material current.

  • Crawl a site or a section of it and refresh when the pages change
  • Upload PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets and plain text
  • Every source can be removed, replaced or switched off on its own

What it does

The part that matters in practice.

Website crawl

Give it a URL and it reads the pages underneath — product listings, service descriptions, FAQs — and re-reads them when you ask it to.

The documents you already have

Price lists, brochures, policy documents, rate cards and spreadsheets go in as they are. No rewriting them into a bot-friendly format.

Sources you can audit

Every source is listed, dated and removable. When a price changes, you replace one file rather than hunting through scripted replies.

How it works

Underneath the feature.

Everything here runs on the material you upload and the instructions you write — and stops the moment a conversation needs a person.

Retrieval per question

Each message pulls only the passages that bear on it, so a long catalogue does not dilute the answer to a narrow question.

Scoped answers

If a question is not covered by any source, the agent will not improvise. That boundary is the point of grounding it.

Update without downtime

Add or swap a source while the agent is live. The next conversation uses the new material; nothing needs redeploying.

Getting started

Four steps, no implementation project.

01

Add your website

Enter the URL and choose how much of the site to read.

02

Upload documents

Drop in the files your team sends customers most often.

03

Check the answers

Ask the agent the questions you get every day and see where the material is thin.

04

Keep it current

Replace a source when pricing or policy changes — the agent follows immediately.

FAQ

Knowledge Base, in detail.

What file types can I upload?

PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets, CSVs and plain text. Spreadsheets are read sheet by sheet, so a price list stays usable rather than turning into one long block of text.

How often does the website crawl refresh?

You trigger a re-crawl when your pages change. Teams that update pricing on the site tend to refresh after each change rather than on a schedule.

Can I keep some material internal?

Yes. Sources are agent-scoped, so an internal policy document can inform one agent without ever being connected to a public-facing one.

Does adding more sources make it slower?

No. Only the passages relevant to the question are retrieved, so the reply time does not grow with the size of your library.
