FeatureOutbound

Send the message. The agent handles the replies.

A broadcast is easy. What breaks teams is the three hundred replies that arrive in the next hour. Here the same agent that answers your inbound picks those up — answering questions, qualifying interest and escalating the ones that matter.

  • Approved WhatsApp templates with variables filled per contact
  • Send to a segment built from captured fields, not a raw list
  • Replies land on the agent, so a send does not become a fire drill

What it does

The part that matters in practice.

Templates, managed

Templates and their approval status are visible in the workspace, with the variables each one expects, so a send does not fail on a rejected format.

Segments from real data

Build the audience from the fields the agent captured — city, product interest, last purchase — rather than pasting numbers into a spreadsheet.

Replies are the point

Every response opens a normal conversation with your agent, which qualifies and escalates exactly as it does for inbound.

How it works

Underneath the feature.

Everything here runs on the material you upload and the instructions you write — and stops the moment a conversation needs a person.

Delivery you can see

Sent, delivered, read and failed are tracked per recipient, so a bad number is visible rather than silently absorbed.

Opted-in contacts only

Broadcasts go to people who messaged you — from an ad, the website or your number — which is what keeps quality ratings intact.

Costs at source

WhatsApp's conversation charges are billed at cost and shown against the campaign, so the real cost per reply is visible.

FAQ

Broadcasts & Templates, in detail.

Why do I need an approved template?

WhatsApp requires one to start a conversation outside the 24-hour window. Rush shows each template's category, language and approval status so you know what can be sent before you build the campaign.

Can I personalise each message?

Yes. Template variables are filled per contact from the fields on their record — name, city, product, whatever the template expects.

What does a broadcast cost?

Rush's per-message rate plus WhatsApp's own conversation charge for the category of template you send, billed at cost with no markup.

Will this hurt my quality rating?

It is the audience that decides that. Sending relevant offers to contacts who opted in by messaging you is the pattern WhatsApp rewards; blasting a purchased list is not, and Rush will not import one for you.
